MES “MUSIC FOR EVERYONE SCHOOL” IS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION.
WE PROVIDE FREE USE OF INSTRUMENTS AND FREE MUSIC LESSON FOR LAO PEOPLE ( CHILDREN & ADULTS)
our missions
- want to see people have fun spending their free time learning/playing music
 - help people who are interested in music to follow their interests
 - keep Lao music alive
 - help those who dream to develop/create new music
 - anyone can show off their talents
 - wish to see Lao musicians/bands/music grow in the world
 - give our people to experience real instruments and basic lessons
 
what we do
- give FREE music lessons and FREE use of instruments, both traditional and modern
 - give free basic music lessons of acoustic & electric guitar, ukulele, drums and piano
 - give free basic music lessons of traditional instruments
 - provide a concert or a performance twice a year for students’ parents and friends
 
our supporters
- from 2013 – 2016, MES was supported by Sire Company.
 - 2017, MES raised some fund online, and LEOT one of the English Learning Centre in town contribute some donation to save the rent of our school building.
 - 2018, we used some fund that remained from 2018 for the rent and Mr Cho from Soth Korea help out the rest to save us for one year.

what instruments we have
- fourteen acoustic guitars
 - fifteen acoustic ukuleles
 - four electric guitars
 - three bass guitar
 - one electric drum set
 - one keyboard piano
 
our buildings
- three classrooms
 - one practice room or Band room
 - an instruments area
 - an office
 - a small cafeteria
 - three bathrooms
 - a kitchen for staff
 - a staff room
 - a parking for motorbikes and bicycles with grean garden and blooming flowers
 
our classroom management
- any age can join the class, but 8 years old is the youngest
 - maximum students in each class according to the instruments that we have at the school
 - new students have to start their lessons with either acoustic guitar or ukulele
 - after completing the guitar or ukulele lessons, a student will get a completion certificate and become a Free Level Student
 - to complete the lessons, a test needs to be taken every Friday but they can also decide to take a test any Friday when they’re ready
 - free levels students can choose to learn any instrument they like and that we have at MES, and make a band
 - a class is an hour each day and Monday to Friday, but students can stay longer or come for a practice any time if the instruments are available
 - the absence more than three days without any notice will be removed from the attendance list, and will be replaced by pending students
