Mr. Toula Hook is a Communication and Culture Officer of Swiss Agency for Development and Coorperation SDC Embaasy of Switzerland, who’s been in charge of supporting Music Festival Project that MES’s organizing.

Since he’s been connecting with other many projects in Luang Prabang this year, he’s to come and visit Luang Prabang more often. Last Friday, it was his first time at MES. It’s very nice meeting him and it’s very a pleasure showing him around the school and introduce him about MES. Also briefly to talk about Music Festival’s work shops and rehearsal and the concert. MES very appreciate the opportunity of Music Festival Project and looking forwards to the successful concert at the end of the workshop.
