MES was lucky that many guesthouses and some restaurants allowed us to display our brochures at their place and helping us introduce MES to many visitors as we can see could find us from the brochures.
Last week, we had Ji-Young and her friend and a couple from South Korea, Quan from Vietnam, Jesus Cortes, Anabel Sanz and a friend from Spain and Victor Jansson from Sweden. Ji-Young is a journalist in South Korea and she can play piano. She told us that MES is a beautiful place but she was about to leave Luang Prabang and could not spend time volunteering. However, she said she wanted to help MES to find volunteers and she was given an interview about MES. MES is looking forwards to reading a story from her and seeing more volunteers coming. These are Jesus Cortes from Spain, Victor Jansson from Sweden. Jesus Cortes spent his one evening and a morning on his way to the airport at MES playing and helping the students play the guitar. The students had a good time with him. Victor Jansson and a friend were staying in Luang Prabang a bit longer so they visited MES and played with the students for a few evenings and they have shown the kids some fantastic Blue style. Thank you all of you for a good time at MES.
